The applicant MUST have web development experience with Typescript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and React. 

Desired skills for a candidate include experience with Java / Python, software development best practices to include Agile methodology. Demonstrated experience leading a small team, mentoring junior team members, and providing technical direction.
