2HB Incorporated is seeking a Mongo DBE Principal Software Engineer in order to support its government customer in Annapolis Junction, MD. This is for a Mongo DBE that can fit a SWE3 template. Must have extensive experience in administering MongoDB. (Candidate must be able to meet the template requirements for a SWE-3).

The program is seeking a Software/Database Engineer to support the modernization of malware analysis and develop techniques for metadata storage for knowledge management to support the defense of national security systems. The engineer will be a part of a team who explores new technologies and prototypes new mission tools and analytics. The team also develops new algorithms and innovative techniques to address mission related problems.

Required Skills:

• Experience installing, upgrading, optimizing, troubleshooting, and maintaining Mongo Databases
• Mongo DB experience
• Oracle maintenance experience
• Experience as a Linux System Administrator
• Candidate would also support the Support Services team with infrastructure based system administrator tasks when required

Required Experience: 

• Twenty (20) years experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
